Licensing Agreement

Choose the rights that match your output. Every paid offer points to a versioned licence; the guide below is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the full agreement.

1. Free Demo — Personal (FONT_DEMO_PERSONAL_V1)

Free

Limited character set provided for evaluation, personal mockups, and non-commercial portfolio testing.

Allowed: Personal artworks, school/student projects, private moodboards.
Prohibited: Commercial client work, paid advertising, distribution or resale of font files.

2. Desktop / Creator (FONT_DESKTOP_CREATOR_V1)

Core Commercial

Standard commercial licence for individual designers, studios, and creators.

Allowed: Client design delivery, static branding & logos, social media graphics, packaging, merchandise printing.
Conditions: Finished rasterized or outlined artwork only. Font software binaries are not transferred to clients.

3. Webfont Licence (FONT_WEBFONT_V1)

Web Embedding

Self-hosted webfont embedding via @font-face for one domain and up to 100,000 monthly pageviews.

Conditions: Webfont embedding only. SaaS editors, font-as-a-service and server-side rendering require Enterprise.

4. App & Game Licence (FONT_APP_GAME_V1)

Software Embedding

Embedding within mobile applications (iOS / Android) or game builds.

Scope: One app or game title, up to 25,000 MAU. Larger deployments require Enterprise.

5. E-publishing Licence (FONT_EPUBLISHING_V1)

Digital Publication

Embedding in one commercial e-book, digital magazine, interactive PDF or other electronic publication title.

Scope: Future revisions of that same title are covered; new titles require a separate licence.

6. Letter Overlays Licence (ASSET_CREATOR_COMMERCIAL_V1)

Overlay Packs

Commercial use of overlay packs in finished digital graphics, print-on-demand, posters and merchandise. Raw glyph redistribution, extractable templates and editor/platform integration are not included.
